What is the best way to contact us?

We are available on social media, email, phone call and text. We will do our best to respond ASAP.

 

Do I need to book an appointment, or can I just walk in?

We do run by appointment, however our online booking system allows you to see what is available in real time, and book an appointment easily.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For treatments 1 hour or longer we require a $50 deposit at the time of booking.

Do you have AfterPay?

Yes, we do!

Can I Purchase a Gift Voucher online?

Absolutely! Our vouchers are available 24/7 and you can choose to have the voucher delivered straight to the recipients inbox, which makes for easy gifting.

Can I buy products online?

Of course! We can send out products via post (for an additional fee) or you can secure your products and collect in store. If you dont see what you need listed online, please reach out to us and we can arrange your product for you. â€‹

 

Do you cater for weddings and special events?

We love helping clients feel special for all occasions, no matter how big or small! Get in touch with your details (date of event, services required) and we'll get back to you ASAP.

What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?

 We will do our best to accommodate your appointment, and prioritize your treatments where necessary however we may need to cut your treatment short if you are late. We are an appointment based business with a busy schedule, so in order to operate in a timely manner and provide a quality service, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.

Can you send me a reminder for my appointment?

We send a complimentary reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you confirm in a timely manner, so we can accommodate other appointments if necessary.

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

It is preferred that you attend your appointment alone where possible, so we can give you our undivided attention and deliver the best treatment possible (and you get some down time too!). If children are attending, they must be seated and supervised at all times.

How old do I need to be to visit?

We cater for all ages! however, if you are under the age of 16 we ask that you are accompanied by an adult when attending your appointment.

 

Do you provide treatments for males?

Of course! We understand men, particularly teenage boys can have issues with their skin or have unwanted body hair. You can rest assured your appointment is strictly professional and confidential.

 

Is there parking available?

All day parking is available in Market place.
